Stress is a major problem today and can start from a young age. Many people don't realise the negative effects repeated exposure to stress hormones is having on their physical and mental well-being. Our sessions educate attendees about the effect of these stress hormones, and teach strategies to regain balance and regulate thoughts and emotions, through meditation, breathing, visualisation and movement exercises.
