It is our mission to introduce as many young people as possible to the practical tools to support their mental and emotional wellbeing and help them navigate entry to the teenage years.
We would like to offer a free, four session course, suitable for 11-14 year olds, to a community or sports group or a class in a school whose young people are facing particular barriers or challenges at this time and who could benefit from this.
The course is taught by experienced trainers, in your premises, over 4 x 40 minute sessions. It offers young people the chance to 'dip their toes' into mindfulness practices and introduces them to the neuroscience behind worries and stress. The four themes covered are; attention, dealing with worries, sleep and relationships.
