When you book with Junior Dragons, we aim to provide a service that you and your child are happy with. Below is a list of our booking terms and conditions.
Payment
Junior Dragons accepts payment by bank transfer. A booking is only confirmed once we’ve received full payment. All bookings must be paid for in full prior to the course commencing.
Booking
Bookings placed will be confirmed by email. Full payment constitutes acceptance of our booking terms and conditions. Please check the booking confirmation email carefully to ensure the dates, location and details are correct - please contact us as soon as possible to clear up any discrepancies or questions and at least 7 days before a class starts.
Cancellations
You can cancel a booking up to 7 days before the first date of the class you have booked and you will be provided with a full refund. If cancellation is less than 7 days before the first date of the class, any refund is at the discretion of the Junior Dragons management, but may not be possible. Changes or cancellations made on the day your child is due to attend cannot be refunded.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Junior Dragons may occasionally have to cancel some courses in advance of them starting. In this case, we will try to give as much notice as possible and offer alternative options if available, or refund all payments in full.
We are unable to offer refunds for remaining sessions should a course be cancelled after commencement at the request of the school management, due to internal school changes or unexpected/unplanned school closures.
Insurance and Liability
All children under Junior Dragons' care are covered by Public Liability Insurance.
Special Requirements
We want every child attending Junior Dragons to have access to the same opportunities during our classes and in order to best fulfill the needs of each child we ask therefore that parents of children with specific additional needs, any pre-existing medical, physical or behavioral conditions, medication requirements or allergies please let us know, so that we can to discuss how we can best accommodate your child.
Photography and Video
Please note that photographs and video may occasionally be taken at Junior Dragons sessions. This is used only for promotional purposes and so that parents can keep up to date with activities via our social media channels. It is the responsibility of parents to inform us if you DO NOT want your child to be involved in any photography or video footage, and this will of course be respected.
Child Exclusion
Junior Dragons reserves the right to exclude any child for any reason. This is not a decision we would take lightly and it will only be applied in order to protect the well-being of the other children in the group, the child in question or our trainers, including but not limited to inappropriate parent or child behavior, illness, bullying and repeated late collection. We are unable to offer refunds for remaining days when a child is excluded. No refund will be made for days missed and no compensation will be made for any other costs or losses incurred as a result.
